I was a former employee of a National Tax Law firm know as Tax Law Advisors with Attorney Michael Scott Fussell as the Atorney in Charge and Owner also a Licensed CPA in the State Of Ga. Not a Licensed Tax Law Attorney by the State Bar of Georgia.

I am a caucasian the same as the owner and was mistreated and publically ostracized and finally forced out of my job. I was one of the first group of employeed working with Micheal Scott Fussell back when there was only 4 in teh office, and he was the manager who worked close with the employees and "Took Over" all appointments himself.In September 2005 In October 2005. He was a working Owner/Manger in the Office.

From October 2006- November 2006 my commissions was blocked and I did not receive the commsions I was told I would receive or entitled to and after I was fired I also did not receive any commissions ..I was made many promises and in return I was lied to. I worked hard for my commissions and was at the end fired in November 2006 and publically made a mockery of because I did not repeat the script verbaum..

The script states that Micheal Scott Fussell is a National Tax Attorney and I deviated from the script because in a meeting Michael Scott Fussell stated "DO NOT USE MY NAME" so I stopped using his name and later was called out in front of everyone and told to use his name. in front of all of my peers and co workers we were in a meeting and this was loudly told to me by management staff.

I never got my commissions..I had just moved into a new apartment and have bills to pay and was fired. a very insensative unkind way to treat a dedicated employee.

I feel I was a victim of Work PlaceBullying..Management was black and bullys. I was white and a minority actually all the whites was run off or fired. and eventually they fired me too.I worked hard and was constantly belittled and treated unlike others.

1. falsely accused someone of "errors" not actually made (71%)

This is what I endured daily at Tax Law Advisors under the management and ownership of Michael Scott Fussell....

Now I worked right along with Tiffany and 90% of marketers and collectors use stage names that is common knowledge everywhere it is appropiate. and we were the first crew that has stayed the longest.

In response to Mike's rebuttal...You must be a Bar Fly

or on some kind of mind altering -drugs because you are not right. This is not about you unless you are the Owner of the Company your battles to fight is not this one. Choose your Battles this one you will loose so do not even try it. Let the Owner repsond.

I can see you responding if you are owed commissions however if you are responding to discredit. you are wrong.

Because daily working in corruption is serious I am out of pocket over $3,500.00 in commissions due me. I worked for and was fired so I could not collect them...no one is jumping the gun. facts are facts.How much commission are you owed?

I am white and management hired many blacks all close friends after I was hired and paid them $2.50 morethan they paid me. this gave them instant entitlement to commissions immedietly. while I struggled ,then after so much commission was build up I was fired. They treated other whites the same and the owner is white but allow blacks to run the office.

read and read over and over and if you have ever had any contact with this company and you are white american or any race respond . if you were treated badly.

Finally if you are not Licensed as a Attorney do not make me lie for you and say you are. If you are writing letters stating you are not a Licensed in Georgia and never want to be licensed in Georgia this is the state you are operating in. don't make me lie for you while you hide out.

Why are people angry and disappointed ?They worked and was not paid. right is right and wrong is wrong. and you allowed others to do your work so your hands can stay clean.

If you want to make it right pay-up the commissions that are due and be done with it. Be a man of standards and principle, Taking a Oath as a Accountant or Attorney set standards follow them . do the right thing and stop hiding behind thugs. Take back your Company Take back your pride. Be a man..If you have

All previous complaints on Tax Law Advisors and Michael Scott Fussell have been corrected and mutually resolved by all parties. As of this date 4/19/2007 all issues have been resolved and mutually satisfied between the firm, the owner and the complainant. Furthermore it is This updated Report RE: Tax Law Advisors and Michael Scott Fussell and all issues surrounding previous complaints on this firm has been resolved between the complainant and Mr. Fussell a resolution to the issues has been made. And settled and to further state that Michael Scott Fussell Licensed by the State of Illinois as a Attorney.. with this updated amended report Publicly stated recanted and resolved
