Complaint Review: Fussell Scott - Tax Law Advisors - Atlanta Georgia

First a Disclaimer  I do not know any of these people, Never been  pass the Mason Dixon Line  well maybe to  Walt Disney World  a  partner  pointed out this  site and while scrolling  I happen to run across the comment made by this fellow  who made some remarks that are  like pulling the cart before the horse.  I saw the initial comment and I saw this last comment to put things in prospective  what looks like a rat smells like a rat and hide like a rat is a rat.  It looks like this Attorney  from my home town Chicago and  practice in Georgia but licensed in Illinois  has really hit rock bottom  there are  over 6 law suits against in him Dekalb County  most  evictions for non payment of Corporate Office Rent and eviction to personal residential  rent and the other is from American Express  these are public records everyone has access to. Not sure what happen to this Attorney never in my life have I heard of a Attorney Falling on Hard times well I am not sure what is going on down there in the dirty south but after doing years of research for a private firm  I  think someone is not being  100% honest and  displacing blame on others instead of looking at the man in the mirror.  Like  Micheal Jackson said take a look at the man in the mirror  Now the Dekalb CO Court Records do not lie.... You can see all the suits against this Attorney and someone is telling the truth and someone is not.  My Prayers goes out to   Attorney Michael Scott Fussell and  hopefully  something will turn around for you real soon. I know you can file Bankruptcy like everyone else does even Movie Stars do that.  The Court records says you are a runner  and they have a hard time  with service all I can say you got  balls and  speedy tennis shoes you are  running so fast they cannot catch you down there. Maybe he need to come back home file  bankruptcy  and practice  Law  in Illinois where he is licensed. This is a recession for everyone  next time get out and vote  vote  vote  vote...Everyone is hit hard  adn everyone feel it.

I was looking for information about this company and I come across things like this rip-off repert that do not actually give any negative facts. It just seems to say "This company is not licensed in GA." Things like this don't matter and dont make this company a rip-off. The company holds themselves out to be national tax advisors. As we all know, most tax advisors are "national tax advisors. The IRS (AKA the people who collect the most taxes) has nothing to do with your state laws. This includes the GA laws. And there is no requirement to be licensed in GA, or any other particular state, to give federal tax advice. As a matter of fact, you can be licensed in ONE state (pick any) and practice in federal courts all over the country as long as you get licensed in that particular court. So, please, stop posting rip-off reports if you don't really have anything negative to say. Not because you don't understand the federal tax system.

I am not a party to this posting in any way. I have never used the Tax Company and have no problem with them. However, I was doing a Google search for something else, and ran across this posting. This woman making the complaint needs to have her mouth washed out. Why does ripoff report allow such garbage to be posted? It seems that allowing such posting by this person named "Tiffany" or whatever her name is, just downgrades the quality of ripoff report. Next time I see anything from ripoff report online, I'll just skip over it. Ripoff report: You need to police your site better.

In response to Brenda Curtis the Tax Law Advisors General Manager made a unconscious outrageous remark on 1/30/08 her usual Brain Fart oops. This is her usual and customary behavior This is my articulated rebuttal to her comments. Which was her personal attack on me for issues resolved between me and the Owner back on April 19,2007 a formal retraction was made at that time per a personal agreement between myself and the owner. I am not sure what on 1/30/2008 brought this old news up but in my defense the record must be set straight. on 4/19/2007 all issues between Scott Fussell the owner of Tax Law Advisor and my self was settled, and the report stated that back on 4/19/2007. Facts are I quit the company in 2005 and was called back and quit the second time in 2006. Brenda Curtis knows this and everyone who worked there in 2006 knows I quit I was never fired from Tax Law Advisors. I was there they fired you Brenda Curtis for having body odor did you forgot that day? I have not. Brenda Curtis is a so call Christian fundamentalist, Trash Talking Crank Yanker, Bible toting ball faced liar sitting on her 400 pound rump bringing up old news and trying to make it brand new and the biggest hippo....crit so call Manager, Brenda Curtis who has always had a complex due to her 400 pounds ham hocks that she sit on and dream of mess this is a example of Management at Tax Law Advisors, I am better than this and that is one of the reasons I quit both times, Poor Management decisions and her remarks today is a example of a bad decision after the retraction 4/19/07. Brenda Curtis has always been Jealous and Envious of me this is why this sudden out burst of evilness spewing from her soul reminds me of the movie the exorcist. She need to be falling on her knees and praying that God remove all evil thoughts and transgressions from her mind and soul. Brenda Curtis is simply having a brain fart** it took her from 4/19/2007 to 1/30/2008 to catch her balance. Brenda Curtis is full of hot air and needs a Gastric Bypass or a good 72 hour colonic the weight is affecting her senses.. The facts remain the same I quit twice, on April 19, 2007 Mr. Fussell and I have reach an agreement and mutual settlement sorry he kept that from you Brenda Curtis; I kept my side of the deal, until I saw your green slime today. Halloween ended October 31, 2007. It is a New Year. keep it real, Now Brenda you was called back to work because I refused the job and I told you that in April 2007 before you desperately rushed back. I resent the fact you stated I was fired, and that I submitted anything on behalf of Joseph Bonelli if anything is on the net from him he wrote it not me. This took place with TLA's former management prior to my becoming manager of the firm (in late April/2007). She told me directly that she intended to damage TLA (Tax Law Advisors) any way she could because she felt they were wrong toward her. TLA, at one point considered suing her for defamation of character and false accusations but it fell off google so we didn't pursue it. If you read her rederick it is easy to see she doesn't represent herself well or articulate well at all. She spoke directly to business owners to try and seek substance to her claims and in a year that didn't happen. As far as Scott Fussell, I am posting his Bio below for your review. He is licensed as a CPA in GA. He was educated and certified through the Bar and courts through IL, as well as the United States Tax Court (please note attachment following). Mr. Fussell is licensed to practice Tax Law in all 50 states. It is a shame that we live in a world that allows totally unfounded lies and slander, particularly via the internet, that she admittedly used to try and damage us as a company. For a Professional Pre-Tax Planning Firm such as TLA, credibility is crucial. We have a strong confidentiality policy and have worked hard since 93 to earn our clients trust. It is greivious to me that one can spit out such lies as :Fake Tax Attorney as well as everything she has said and get away with it. It is just very wrong... This updated Report RE: Tax Law Advisors and Michael Scott Fussell and all issues surrounding previous complaints on this firm has been resolved between the complainant and Mr. Fussell a resolution to the issues has been made. And settled and to further state that Michael Scott Fussell Licensed by the State of Illinois as a Attorney..with this updated amended report Publicly stated recanted and resolved..All issues have been resolved.

After a total of 14 months of training incoming new hires, The Business Owner call me back and alerted me that the company is not a National Tax Law Firm and the man we had all been telling Business Owners is a National Tax Attorney is not licensed by the State of Georgia as a Attorney. Attorney Micheal Scott Fussell wrote a damaging letter clearly lashing out that he is not a licensed in Georgia and neever want to be licensed by the State of Georgia this letter I have a copy of. But this same man was telling the trainers to say he is a National Tax Attorney. and participated in the closings and Evals and succession planners.
