fwmlabs unsure auto dbt chgs to my cc before 30 day trial ended, then contiues to ship after cancelled -no reund after products were returned 11/23/09. hollywood, Florida
On 7/11/09 I purchased a $1.00 "Trial" of Resveratrol through an online link with FWMLabs. I tried it but decided it was not for me. Before my 30 trial was up, I was sent and auto bill for 2 more bottles I did not want!
I placed a call the first week of September at your customer service number 877-546-4392 after the 1rst 2 auto- shipments came in July before my trial was even up.! I talked to and explained to your agent/ Tasha that I wished not to continue receiving your product.
I explained to your agent I had 2 bottles I was charged for and wanted to return. I was then given the following RMA/ CNL information that she said was required for the return and refund.
Tasha had also told me I would not be charged in the future, but a new one came after this call and I was again billed on 9/13/09!
I have had personal family issues with a terminally ill parent that I have been forced to move into my home on the 2nd week of September. Following this, one of my children had to have emergency abdominal surgery with complications that followed in October.
The first I had a chance to return your 3 bottlesofresveratrol was on November 20th, 2009. I sent all 3 with the same RMA/ CNL numbers back to the address in Hollywood Florida from the last box sent on September 13th.

It has now been 10 days since I sent your Resveratrol products back for refund. The below attachments are all charges including the $ 1.00 trial. All that I'm asking is for refund on charges except the $ 1.00 trial to be refunded promptly. I want my mastercard refunded soon, or I will chargeback these items through my bank.
