Complaint Review: FYI Investigations Of Alabama William Goulet - Birmingham Alabama

I am the person named and the owner of FYI Investigations of Alabama. I am responding to the libelous smear campaign that has been presented hear by a company called Northshore Process Service of Evanston, Illinois. We requested quotes on services that William Goulet of FYI Investigations claimed he could offer. It turns out that he did not deliver on what he promised. He also tried to dishonestly bill us for work we did not agree to. My response; To begin with, this company did not request services from FYI Investigations of Alabama. They applied online for a service that I run separately. The representative of this company filled out an online application, made specific requests and was informed of the costs in advance. This company's representative agreed to the charges via e-mail correspondence. The work was completed as requested and they were billed accordingly. Everything was done through email with a vast majority of it being sent with receipt confirmation. It was all well documented. For approximately 2 months this company enjoyed upwards of 100 referrals from my services until I suspended the service for non-payment. That is when they attempted to renegotiate their agreement and I said NO! We are happy to say we have reported him to the State of Alabama and he is now under several investigations. My response; OK, I'm waiting! Why isn't their records of any investigation being conducted as you stated? FYI Investigations of Alabama is not the target of any investigation by the State of Alabama. If anyone has dealing with William Goulet of FYI Investigations of Alabama, watch out for his tricks! Do not trust him one bit. My response; Oh yes, I am a snake in the grasshissssssss. I find it funny that I can post the truth about you with plenty of documentation to support what I say but you have to resort to vulgarities, lies and smearing with not one iota to substantiate your bull. We will be filing suit shortly against him personally and his supposed company, FYI Investigations of Alabama. My response; OK, I'm waiting, again! It has been nine months since you posted this libelous smear campaign, what is taking you so long??? Please hurry!! I have collected so much information about your company that it is terrible to just waste it. I would start posting it here but it would take forever. Since you are filing suitsomeday.. I'll just save it for my day in court. He has breached more than one collection law. My response; My response; Not! Which laws might that be? I am not a collection agency. Please be more specific and cite the exact laws that you are referring. He has also broken at least one federal law as it relates to electronic communication. William Goulet is also proving to be a nuissance with his demands for unearned payments. My response; Yes, I guess if you consider someone who wants to be paid for services rendered a nuisance, I guess I must be proving to be one. (Notice my correct spelling of nuisance.) Because he has said malicious and false claims against several of our staff, we will also be filing a defamation suit against him accordingly. My response; Oh boy that is a good one, by all means please support this accusation. Of course you haven't filed suit yet because everything you have stated so far is a mere fantasy in your mind and an attempt to willfully damage my company and my name in retaliation to my complaint against you. Come back to reality, I am more than willing to supply any court of law with undeniable evidence to my claim against your company. I dare you to open that can of worms. How ironic that he is supposed to be an investigator when he himself is now being investigated. My response; Wow, now that sounds almost familiar, kind of the same idea to what I said about you. How ironic of them to stiff me when it came time for them to pay their bill. This smear campaign began after I filed complaints online with several sites similar to the Rip-Off Report against this company for non payment of services. In fact, you will find a listing for them that I posted on this site here: http://www.ripoffreport.com/reports/ripoff170656.htm Representatives of this company retaliated not only with this bogus complaint but also with a fabricated complaint on this site, found here: http://www.badbusinessbureau.com/reports/ripoff179120.htm This is a bogus case and never existed. In their infinite wisdom, this companies representatives went as far as posting bogus and libelous complaints and vulgarities in the guest book on my web site. I can ignore unfounded complaints especially when they unknowingly use other investigators email addresses that I have worked with in the past. But due to the vulgar and obscene nature of the majority of the posts, I was forced to remove my guest book entirely. All the negative comments and obscenities were all posted using the same IP address block that originates from the Chicago area. Then to prove their higher intelligence levels, I was inundated with phone calls, emails and magazines through the postal mail that I supposedly requested. I was being contacted about everything under the sun. Although most of the companies would not give me any specific information as to who made the requests, a couple did verify that the originating IP address for some online requests did fall within the same block that I have already recorded on my site from this company. The magazine companies are a different story. I was receiving magazines from vogue, US News, Parenting etc. About a dozen not including the duplicates in my company's name, my wife's name and some made up goofy names. Along with all these magazines came the bills. Of course this was all cleared up with time and effort but the wonderful thing about the magazine subscriptions is the fact that a number of them were made using the index cards that you must mail in. These magazine cards are then archived, ha ha ha. Not only do these cards contain the handwriting of the person and their fingerprints, but most importantlythe postmark from the post office very close to a specific representative of this company's home address. PALATINE, ILLINOIS about 20 miles from this companies address. If you want to keep on digging yourself a whole, by all means please do. Every attempt that you have made to hurt me and my company for exposing your bad business practices has left a traceable trail that can very easily be used against you. Keep up the good work!
