United States of America#2UPDATE EX-employee responds

Have years experience with the SPFPA and on the local executive level. The SPFPA is a fraud. They take your union dues and do nothing for you. In the end you will always hear "it's the client's request" no matter the conditions. . .unjust or not. When the National Members have a personal relationalship with the G4S employees that represent your account your not going to get anywhere, but the shaft.
You go on layoff. The first 30 days of layoff you have insurance coverage per your union contract. You go back to work after 2 1/2 months and you receive your first pay check and it's for pennies. Not because you started in the middle of a pay week and your union dues and insurance is due, but because your HR Manager took out insurance not for that month, but for the months you were laid off. Trying to justify saying you were covered during those months laid off and you owe it. UHM LET'S SEE. . .NO. LIARS. THIEVES. MONEY IN THEIR POCKETS. FILED A GRIEVANCE guess where it got me and the few others? NO WHERE. NO REIMBURSEMENT. It's in black in white like most companies, you have coverage for 30 days, which I did and then I received my Cobra paperwork. I even filled a prescription one day too late, after the 30 days. NO COVERAGE. Had all this proof, but still lost the grievance. Very frustrating. Thanks SPFPA. Thanks G4S.
