United States of America#2UPDATE EX-employee responds
Sun, December 30, 2012
I have years into Wackenthut/G4S and with the client, Chrysler. We too at our site, experience similar problems and get no where. Our union as a local is strong, but will never be where we want to be like UAW. My experience as an executive member of the local union I have witnessed the relationships between our National Union Members and G4S employees that represent the Chrysler account.
Good luck to you and with all the employees. Use the chain of command and exhaust ALL levels AND always have a paper trail. Documentation is key! Unfortunately when it comes to G4S and SPFPA it doesn't always help, and I'm sorry to sound negitive, but again I have years experience with the company and with the union. The documentation will come handy one way or another, but most likely if you have to contact the NLRB or even take it further.

Don't make a fuss.
Just call OSHA and report the Health and Safety violations.
What happens then should be fun to watch.
