Gables Montecito Apartments VERY HIGH CRIME Rate with VERY HIGH Cost Palm Beach Gardens, Florida
Stabbing, shootings, residents stopped from entering the property by Police due to violent crimes being committed on the Gables Montecito properties.
NO ONE on the Property Management Team doing anything about the situation; only wanting to increase rents and illegal fees.
This property is causing a very bad reputation for the entire city of Palm Beach Gardens.
Someone needs to talk to the Gables Montecito Corporate Management Company and have something done about this situation since it is escalating rapidly.
