I purchased storefronts from Storesoneline (SOL)and from the get-go, had nothing but trouble. We already had 2 websites up and running; so I specifically asked at the "seminar" if there would be any problems and was told "no, no problem at all".

The reason I purchased the storefronts was to have access to all the supposedly "privileged" marketing information and techniques, but come to find out, these are available to anyone and for little or no cost. And, Storesonline said that these were "free" services once you signed up with them, but in fact, at every turn, we were told we would have to pay extra charges.

I repeatedly contacted SOL with my complaints, but to little avail. The salespeople at the seminar totally misrepresented what would be provided, but SOL's basic response was, "that's not what you signed and purchased".

I hired a skilled webmaster, whom had gone to the seminar with me, to setup our websites with SOL. It took him 6 months to get throught their process! Technical problems and misrepresentations at every turn. I tried to get some of my money back through my credit card company, but because of the paperwork I had signed, the way it was stated, there was no refund possible. I was told at the seminar that you had to purchase the $1,000 Merchant Services Account through SOL so you could get Authorizenet access. I purchased it, but when I contacted my already existing Merchant Services Rep, I was told that Authorizenet was available on my existing account for about $150. I was able to get the $1,000 credited to my from SOL for that lie!!

For the past 4 weeks, since our site has been transferred to the SOL Server, we have not received one order. We usually receive several every day. It seems there is a problem processing the orders. We have been in contact with SOL for 4 weeks, and the problem still has not been resolved! My manager just today pulled these existing reports up through RipOff.

I am convinced that we better redirect our site to a different company/server/hosting service, since it appears these problems will be ongoing and if the credit card fraud issue is even remotely true, I don't want that to happen to my company. We've worked too hard for the past 16 years building our business to have it destroyed by these crooks!!
