I was filled with hope when my boyfriend and I attended a seminar through Galaxy Mall. I had lost a well paying "corporate" position and unable to attain work due to budget cuts and the economy. The seminar was presented in a professional manner and the staff was upbeat and postive, exactly what I needed. I began to create a pictue in my mind of the possibility of doing a business over the internet. I am not very computer literate, so it did raise question. As the presentaion unfolded it was clearly communicated it was simple, easy, and FUN to build a store front. My boyfriend and I talked and he agreed to purchase the "offer". As we spoke with the staff person we were assured of the simplicity, customer support availible and the success of storefronts created and purchased through Galaxy Mall.
It has been nothing the sort. Every encounter, whether it be through customer service on the help line or telephone my needs have not been met.
-unreturned phone calls for help 3months documented
-complexity of the format in which to build my site
-added fees disclosed at the seminar
-at times rudeness from staff
-uncapability to get through to my site and receive feedback
These are just a few consistent setbacks. I am going forward to whatever degree I am able to expose Galaxy Mall to future consumers and investors. If you read Galaxy Mall's report they are making money, at the consumers expense.

I fell for the Galaxy Mall bit also over a year ago. Another creditor bought or paid the lease I signed at their 'workshop' and still owe over $3,000. And after I have seen this report on Galaxy Mall, they are not getting any more of my money. Please post any more information on this below. Thanks:

Hopefully your boyfriend paid by credit card. If so he can file a chargeback on his credit card. There have been numerous complaints about Galaxy Mall on the Internet. You can go to The World Wide Scam Network to read some of them. Meanwhile, you've at least warned others with this complaint here--hopefully that's some consolation. TFC
