People need to look up the website of Gallagher Bassett to see exactly what their function is. They aren't an insurance company, it is called "Risk Management", where in fact all their function is, is to find ways to deny injured and ill persons their rightful benefits as is defined under the Constitution and laws of the United States just to save Corporate America MONEY/DOLLARS.
That is the bottom line, simple equation really!! Don't pay, deny, delay, stall, any means available. They don't care if you are in desperate need of medical care, they don't care if you suffer hour by hour, day by day in pain, they don't care if your health is detoriating, they don't care if you live or die. It is all about MONEY they can save Corporate America!!
