Our stuff was picked up on July 31st from SF, CA too. File a report with the CA DA's office right away. Once they realize there are several of us they will take action. File a report with the SF CA's office if that is where your stuff was picked up from. File a report with the Federal Motor Carrier Administration- speak with Gretchan.(888) 368 7238 She will tell you to send a written letter to Galore certified mail called a Inconveinance and Delay claim. They must respond by law to your letter within 120 days. File a report with the PUC, even though your move was interstate and they only handle intrastate moving companies. Also file a complaint form with the Southland Better Business Bureau (213) 580 3273. All these forms can be found on line - some are mailed, others are emailed. Keep calling the CA District Attorney's office!! Don't give up. You are not alone.
