I purchased a product from this company by electronic check, they never sent me my merchandise, I contacted them on numerous occasions by phone and email with no response. They took my check information and began circulating checks throughout the country illegally. They basically stole my identity.

i ordered the wii fitness game and balance board on feb 13 2010, they said it was back ordered. on june 7th 2010 they took the money from my account.  i also have sent several emails to them with no response. i am on a fixed income and do need my money back. i will contact the better business bueau and law inforcement. this is the first time i have been taken by anyone on the internet.and it is really sad for a business to take money from people on a fixed income.

I also purchased a Wii fit plus with balance board on April 3, 2010. I have not received the product but my card has been charged. I have sent several messages, request for return, and voicemails.
My account on the site has said since day 1, processing stage. Hasn't shipped or nothing. I want to know how to get my money back.

Upon further investigation the Statesville Police Department was able to find other complaints from consumers who had been victimized just as my family by these individuals. Refer to The Mainone Group inc. with ripoff report.com you will see not a couple but several complaints stating they paid by credit cards, and never received the products. The Bloomsberg PA police department would be more than glad to confirm the truthfullness, for they have video footage of the individual handling the transaction within the store, they have followed the transaction to Maryland as well. These individuals are professionals. Please come forward if you have been victimized by these individuals. I am pushing for the proper authorities besides a local police department to get involved, but there needs to be a number of complaints and victims. As stated before there are incident reports filed and a copy of the check deposited showing monies received by these individuals on file with the report.

Please feel free to call the Statesville, NC police department to verify the truthfulness of this claim. Statesville police report #10-1180, along with a copy of the check written for the purchase of the wii product that we never received, front and back, made payable to the main one group, referencing game center usa. Report #10-12241 with the Bloomsberg Pennsylvania police dept. for a check they wrote to walmart in the amount of $922.56 after using the information from the check for our original purchase. I chosed to make this information available to warn other consumers of this and hopefully more individuals would come forward that have been victimized just as we have in hopes that the necessary parties would have enough complaints to go after these individuals on a federal level.

This person is a complete liar. The service we use to process electronic checks is an FDIC fully accredited service. We do not have the ability to take a person's check information and do what this person said. The information is entered on our site and transmitted to the bank for processing. To get things straight, this person ordered a product that was clearly marked as "backordered" and furthermore, her check bounced! This person is trying to get something for free. She has e-mailed us constantly before her check was supposed to clear asking for rush service, then once we notified her that the check bounced, we haven't heard another peep from her. We do not hide in any way and all of our contact information is on our web site. All we ask is that customers e-mail us with their order number and be very clear in their request and we will get back to them within 72 hours. We do not field phone calls because we are not staffed to do that right now. With the amount of orders we get, we streamline our system so that we can keep our costs down. Out of the 100,000 customers we have, having 10 or 12 people upset is understandable and better than most in our industry. Search the big name stores for complaints and you will finds hundreds of thousands...
