Game Center USA Internet Scam Miami, Florida
DO NOT order from this company, they are fraudulent and will use your personal financial information to take money from your account. I ordered a Wii Fit Balance Board package from them in March of 2010. My debit card was charged at the time and I received an e-mail saying that my order had processed. I then received another e-mail saying that my shipment was backorderd for two weeks and would ship promptly. Their website indicated that I could not cancel my order because it was in the process of being shipped. I never received any merchandise from them and subsequent phone calls and e-mails were never returned. I filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau regarding my dealings with their company, their only response to me was through the BBB of South Florida stating that they had never charged my account while I had documentation from my financial instution that stated the opposite. They denied this twice. I was able to get a refund through my bank and thought that the matter had been solved. Lesson learned, I purchased the item at retail store and went home with the system in hand. I have not had any dealing with them since until I opened my most recent bank statement showing a debit from Game Center USA with a monetary amount than the previous order. They kept my information on file and unlawfully charged my account again. I have filed another complaint with the BBB of South Florida as well as my bank to get a refund. I have cancelled my card and would strongly advise anyone who has had any dealings with Game Center USA to do the same. They seem to be an internet vehicle for stealing financial information for their own gain. BEWARE of this company.
