GAME SELLER PROS 477PAYMENTS Failed to provide paid-for services. 24 days into my order ,yes TWENTY FOUR DAYS, they had made NO PROGRESS. I got reports of "computer malfunction", "bad luck on drops", and "crews not avaialable" Internet, Internet
This company does nothing but stall and threaten. 24 days into my order, they had made 0 progress and I told them I needed to see a SHRED of progress if they wanted to continue. This was a $1561 order. Instead of being positive, this jerk named Albert Alcuri jumps down my throat, tells me has has WoW GMs on his staff, and threatens to ban my account. As a resolution, he offers me store credit. Store credit to a place that is obviously all over a ripoff website. Can anyone say sell me some oceanfront property in Kansas please?
This Albert guy acts like he is king of the world with his ripoff website. My claim has been filed with paypal and my account is still up and running. he is full of crap. If you are unfortunate enough to get scammed by him, know that his promises are empty and I'm sure paypal knows the situation by now and you will get your money back.
Lastly, CHANGE YOUR PASSWORD before you file. they will clean you out. they tried on my account but I got to it JUST in time.

I purchased an ITEM LVL 410 package with a 416 WEAPON. These guys couldn't even manage to complete LFR groups and logged into my account an average of 4.4 hours PER WEEK. How on earth could you get nearly $1600 done in another 9 days? You can't. Your "crew" is a bunch of amateurs that piddle around and stall while your time for a paypal dispute comes closer and closer to running out.
They promise "oh today is going to be a big day, we feel great about our chances" and then 2 days later, email me "sorry, our team wasn't available". This guy flaunts his "multi-million dollar company" but I've seen houses get built faster than his team works.
In the end, they deliver nothing. Not one thing. Then this jerk has the nerve to threaten to BAN my account because he has GMs in his pocket. Trust me, this guy is nothing but a little man hiding behind a computer. Notice he tries to hide behind a PO Box for his address.
In the end, nothing happened to my account. Nothing. My money is in the process of being refunded and don't be afraid of this little dink. He'll threaten and scorn, but you can get your money. He has no special powers, he has no pull with anyone... unless you consider being a scammer an accomplishment, then he's the Kenny Chesney of scammers. Short and bald... well, no talent, no disservice to Kenny.

In this case, there were many reasons as to why this clients order was unfortunately cut short. We provide excellent service to tens of thousands of clients every year. We have been in business for well over 7 years and have a vast clientele of which are happy and returning customers. This was simply a case whereby the customer did not allot us the estimated time frame that we provided to him at the start of the order. Not only did we work very hard to accommodate this client and provide him with stand-up customer service, we provided services outside of what was originally paid for on his order to prove our integrity. That is because we are willing to do whatever it takes to make right by each and every one of our clients.
