I purchased an ingame product on Wed. December 29th, 2010 for Everquest. I was garunteed delivery of this product within 48 hours. After not recieving the product, I filed a dispute with Paypal - the company with which my payment was sent through. Minutes later after filing a complaint, the C.E.O. of Game Seller Pros contacted me, threatening me that if I did not close the dispute within 30 minutes, that my accounts would be banned and he would close the dispute in HIS favor. On the other hand, he promised that if I closed the dispute my order would be completed the same night or at the latest, the next day.

After sending an e-mail back, describing how I do not tolerate threats, and all I wanted was my refund of $35.00, the C.E.O. e-mailed me back saying they do not offer refunds and again threatened that if I closed the dispute within the next 20 minutes that "my accounts would be kept safe", and that I would also recieve my order, again, within that same night or at the latest the next day, and I would also recieve a bonus as well.  I closed the dispute in fear and hope that my order would be completed as promised. It has now been close to TWO months since that promise was made and I have received nothing.

In addition, I have also filed a case with the Better Business Bureau, and Game Seller Pros has not attempted to contact me or BBB. The last time Albert has contacted me was  on Jan. 3rd 2011 to ask for the the BBB dispute to be closed shortly after I had filed it the same day. I feel like I've been scammed and taken for a ride, and now I just want my money back. The total amount sent to the seller was $35.00.

Recently the company contacted the BBB stating that they have tried to contact me several times when in fact they have sent me no such e-mails or in-game mail. They've also stated again, that they do not offer refunds, when in fact, and I'm sure many can attest to, I've never read ANYTHING or agreed to anything on their website stating that the company does not offer refunds. They did however offer me store credit, when in fact, I would NEVER, ever do business with the company again, FIRST, and SECOND, store credit of $35.00 on a store that has most products priced above $100. Come on now. Do you REALLY think I would be stupid enough to spend MORE money on a website that will fail to deliver?

Game Seller Pros is a DIRTY DEALER. Do NOT do business with them! They WILL scam you.

Since this Robert has rebutted quite a few reviews, I will guess that he is an employee of GSP and just not stating as much.

No matter anyone's age, Vio is correct: GameSellersPro.com is a BUSINESS.  This is not about violating a ToS (which is not against state/federal laws), but running a shady business IS violating state/federal laws.

This company should be, and apparently has by several of us, to the FBI Internet Fraud division and treated like a BUSINESS.

It's a shame...

I find it quite amusing that you actually think you know what your're talking about since you probably have no experience this area. But let me elaborate a bit more for you since you are - from what I can sense-  probably the younger of us two.

It's a shame you fail to understand the whole point of this post. This is a matter of a business doing BAD business, REGARDLESS. As if you didn't know, and probably DON'T know, selling Everquest plat is a huge market. There are a TON of people who buy in-game currency all day, everyday. Just do a search for Everquest plat. There's a HUGE market for this product. But if your going to pose as a legitimate business offering guaranteed services and products, then that company should at LEAST stand by what they are selling AND offer some level of quality customer service.

As such, a trustworthy business, or ANY business for that matter, does not have CEOs threatening to ban people's accounts and try to BLACKMAIL the consumer.

That's a little bit... "shady"  (isn't that what you kids call it these days?)

I feel it my duty to warn other people to stay AWAY from Game Seller Pros. I feel that by posting on this website, it can be one step closer from this business shutting down for GOOD.

While you didn't give your age..I have a feeling that this saying might fit.

"Teenagers...Why don't you move out of your parents house now while you still know everything".

Unfortunatly, it will probably still take you a few years to actually understand what that truly means.

Since you obviously have all of the angles figured out, and don't think there is anything wrong with cheating then keep throwing your money away.  But just keep in mind that anytime you try and CHEAT or take a "shortcut" there will ALWAYS be someone ready and more than willing to take advantage of you.  So keep that in mind the next time you want to cheat.

Oh, and if you still don't think that they would catch you..just keep searching this site for other people who have had their accounts BANNED for doing what you tried to do.  The only difference there is that the company in that case actually did what they said they would.

One more thing...

And even if I did receive the item,  how would everquest "notice"? Sounds kind of sketchy the way you say it, as if GSP and Sony were working in tandem , as if GSP hired someone inside Sony for Everquest to "notice".

The fact of the matter is that it doesn't matter whether who is cheating or not. Whether it is I or GSP that is at fault does not MATTER. The POINT is that I was cheated out of my money from a company who advertised and promised a product. And what CEO does business by threatening to ban someone's account by ratting out someone because that consumer filed a dispute which was the RIGHT thing to do? It's unusual and I'm surprised the business is allowed to even do business till this day. And that fact that other people have been threatened by this CEO is even more of testament of what I say.

Look, I didn't have to write something up on this website, but I felt that OTHER people needed to know how this sad excuse of a CEO does business with other people. They are dirty dealers and they do shady business to people who trust in them.

Was this "product" something that normally has to be earned in the game?

Because if it was you were attempting to cheat, no matter how you try and justify it or make excuses that is what you were doing.  Every on-line game has rules against buying and selling of any "in-game" item.  Whether it is things like "in-game" cash, some power ranking, or weapons.  If they catch you doing this they will instantly ban ALL accounts associated with you.  Yes they are very strict in this.   In fact his threat to have you banned was probably a valid threat.  All he would have had to do was give you the "product" and Everquest would have noticed and banned you.

So you should be glad that they didn't actually give you those items.  You can also forget about getting your money back..it is long gone.   Perhaps you can think of this as a lesson learned.   So you can remember this the next time you think about cheating.
