Game Universe - egameuniverse.com - USA Holdings ripoff they said it was brand new and it was not returned the item and they did not return my money Framington Maine
I bought several items from them. It said on the website that the item was brand new. But it was not new and it was defective. It was a Playstation 2 Gameshark. I should have known because it was only $24.99 and brand new it is $39.99 everywhere else.
Well it was a Christmas gift for my son. He did not open til Xmas. It was a big disappointment and when I returned it and went by there rules on the site for return policy I got nothing.
They would not answer my emails. I wanted a refund for the one item and got nothing. I paid through Paypal and sent request for the money and still nothing. Well they got the item and the money too. I ended up buying another Gameshark from another place and the packaging was not like the one I got from Game Universe, because it was not new from Game Universe. All I know is I got ripped off.
I just wanted my money for the item $24.99 but they will not give it back and they have the Gameshark too. Never again will I buy from this site its false advertisement and a ripoff!
