Gamersgate They sell games that they cannot guarantee that works. Quick to take your money but terrible with support Stockholm Internet
I have purchased 2 games from them. Carmageddon reincarnation and Company of heroes 2. Carmageddon is not finished developing and this was not stated when I purchased the game. Suddenly a day later after my complaint the clause suddenly appeared on the website where I bought the game from. It was not there when I bought the game. Now they do not want me to refund me this game.
Company of heroes 2 : Bought this game and within 5 minutes of playing the game crashed. I contacted Gamersgate via their support portal and they sent me some steps to try and do to get this rectified. It did not work. Then they have given me the email address of the developer to speak to them to get this resolved. Why should I as a paying customer resolve my own issues? This is what they get paid for. Also they state on their refund policy that once the serial key have been generated and the download started , I am not eligible for a refund anymore? How am I supposed to know if the game is going to work ( it is completely compatible with my system ) if I don't download and play it?
This is ridiculous. People , please do not support these scammers anymore. You will have no foot to stand on once you have done business with them
