This is the email communication we got from this customer... "Have you read all the negative feedback about you - I added several tonight - as to your "oldman comment today" - I can bench 300 LBS and was in special forces - would you like to dance with me? A**HOLE!"
We have signs up posting our NO REFUND policy. We only charge if we are able to fix the system. We are not responsible for actions caused by a shipping company. This should be addressed by the shipping company. (If the system was damaged through shipping as claimed by customer).
Customer wanted us to file report for false insurance claim. We did not. Now this complaint.

I start to get annoyed when a report is written in the way that it omits a lot of stuff in between in order to make the story sound good to the author.
1) What is the term of conditions or services with their membership?
2) What do cover and what not in the contract (ToS or ToC)?
3) What did happen in the "transit"?
4) Who is responsible for the damage in transit?
5) How did you attempt to reason with them? What the exact conversation did you have with them?
