Placed a $3K order with Albert for what was advertised on the website as an overnight to 4 day max delivery. Here I sit almost 3 weeks later with no delivery and the run around from his CSM on a daily basis.

It's starting to become a catchphrase but here we go...!
There is no reason to expect ethical behavior from a company whose sole business model is to help you cheat at video games.
The good news is that apparently the economy is rebounding. If people are willing to blow $3k on their World of Warcraft or whatever MMO you play then the nation's financial prospects must be brightening.
