Your problem appears to be exactly the same problem I had with them.
Here is what I did to resolve the issue
1. You need to contact Bioware and have the account "unlocked". I have no clue what Star Wars did but my account was completely locked down.
2. Star Wars will restore your account
3. Go to this link: https://www.facebook.com/gametagcom
4. Message them on Facebook and ask to speak to Kelly
5. Kelly apparently is the Shift Manager who handles the Facebook Account
They were backed up before and told me replies are delayed.
I posted prematurely on this site as well. Need to give them the chance. They are the ones paying us not the other way around.
