I ordered various items from Gamiss.com from there online Christmas website, I have payed for the goods and the transport and they stated that the goods have been sent via there Courier service. They sent me a tracking number, I cannot track the goods from the Tracking number that they have given me and when i complained they sent me another Tracking number for Yodel in the Uk.
I have checked the Tracking number and the number saysit is in the depot awaiting collection. I have phoned Yodel and given them the Tracking number and they say that that number does not compute. I went back to Gamiss and they have sent me a reply via email Enquery closed already dealt with.
I tried to phone them at the times on there website and the number does not ring and then give an operator message that the number is incorrect, try again. I have tried to request a refund but no reply.
