I bought a Generator from Gander Mountain but they decided to return it without my authorization and refund me for the item only and not the shipping. I feel they owe me the sum of $30 because they only contacted me one time about getting a delivery set up but then my next email was about them sending the item back. I feel they could have done a better job about contacting me. If you can't contact by phone, they should contact me via email but they didn't do that. I needed this item and thought that I was getting a great deal but turns out that I got took. They told me on the phone that I had to re-purchase the item and that's not how I think business should be ran.
