Garcinia Cambogia Prime False advertising, time frame for charging full amount which is outrages Santa Ana California
I had seen this advertisment to lose weight garenteed. It stated that you can purchase 1 30 day supply for $4.95 shipping and handling. No where did it say that if you didn't like the product that you would have to pay the full price of $89.95 if you did not contact them in 14 days after receiving the product. My mail went to a PO Box and it doesn't get picked up everyday. I went to my online banking and saw that they charged my bank account $89.95. I called the company and they would not credit me back the $89.95, because I did not contact them within 14 days. I explained this to them that the ad did not state that and there was not no confirmation of the order and nothing came in the package when it arrived in my PO Box. The price itself is totally outragious in it self. If there were something in the advertisment, like that I would have contacted them before the time frame and cancelled. My wife is a wholesaler of suppliments and we wouldn't pay anywhere near what they were charging for this. It does not work like they say either. Does not make you lose weight.
