I bought a Garmin nuvi 360. Although it functions and the locations are resonably accurate, the directions are off the map. I have tried with tech support to no avail to fix the problem or give me some type of satisfaction but receive useless help. Some things to keep in mind before purchasing this unit, It does not take into consideration stop lights, stop signs, time to turn corners and of course traffic (on my unit) so the choice for fastest route is usually wrong. The choice for shortest distance I have yet to figure out cause there should only be one choice, and it does not choose it. In fact it has certain roads that it will not go down even if I am on it and my destination is on it, the nuvi will have me go around the block to get there no matter what my settings are on. I am very unhappy with my choice to buy Garmin and very unhappy with there lack of support or a solution. I am still triing to sort it out with them but dont believe they will help me any longer. I feel the unit is defective if it cannot calculate the correct routes as selected in the set up. Software or hardware it is still a defect.
