Garnier Garnier color styler Garner product claims zero damage comes out 2-3 washes my hair fell out and tangled and did not wash out San Diego California

My mom-in-law and I bought garner color styler in "blue burst" "pink pop" "purple mania" and "red temptation". Now this product claims there is an "average hold of 2-3 shampoos, but may last longer on damaged or chemically-treated hair and depending on quantity applied". With this taken into consideration we applied minimal product to my mom-in-laws already lightly Carmel colored bleached but healthy hair. After following all instructions and letting this product dry we then proceeded to style her hair. The hair was close to impossible to comb / brush through. This product almost made it seem as if we used a can of spray paint and sprayed her hair. The texture was very dried out feeling and sticky like old gum. This then started creating huge tangles and knots everywhere . After the first day we were expecting it to last for no more than 1 week. It has now been going on 3 weeks since the first and only application of the product. In my past experience with coloring my own hair with salon quality products be it semi-permanent or temporary colors I have always been able to use bleach on my hair where I applied crazy colors and boom the color was no longer there. We have washed my mom-in-laws hair multiple times including deep shampoos and deep conditioners and this product will not come out of her hair. It is causing her hair to come out in chunks due to the high levels of knotting as a result of using this Garnier Color Styler. She is emotionally stressed and does not want to leave her house now as she fears the judgement and humiliation she will receive because this "intense wash-out" color we put in her hair. This "zero damage" product is a lie. It caused knots so bad that they could not be combed through and started ripping chunks of knots from her hair. She is now suffering this emotional distress over the fact she believed in this product and feels very betrayed. This product also claims "when dry, color does not run off or stain clothes". Yet another lie. This product does rub off when dry and stained her arms blue and purple where her hair day dry in her arm during the day. This product is a lie!!! This product that costs roughly $8.00 is now going to cost $120.00 + to fix its lies. This product is horrible and not worth it. We would have been Berger off dying her hair with the drink mix "kook-aid".
