Hi,
I hope Mr Sari or Mr Seltzer his attorney can get back to me as phone calls have not been returned.
Im not here to complain. We are happy with the motorcycle and the deal went very smoothly and the man was very nice. My son purchased a motorcycle from a young man, we presumed Mr Sari as that was the name he signed on the title on November 16, 2012. It was listed on Craigs list, and my son met him in a store parking lot and not at his dealership or home. He did not register the bike untill recently as he was repairing some things and also painting it. When he went to Florida Motor Vehicles, he was told Mr Sari signed the sellers section wrong. His signature was put in the wrong spot. Please can someone respond as we are stuck with a very expensive motorcycle we cant even use! My son is a college student and sold his car to purchase this bike. He has no means of transportation. We need Mr Garo or someone who can sign the title to fill out a form for us. We are willing to drive to you to make it easier. Thank you my email is [email protected] PS: If Mr Seltzer's comment ( 30 days from purchase title has tobe transferred)is correct, the title should have been transferred to my son months ago????

Im from Miami Florida and that's where I currently live. I have been looking for a car before i start back college to get back and forth I ran across a man he tells me hey, I have a 2003 Chevy impala for just 1500 final!! We talked for a while I asked him is anything wrong with the car and I even test drove the car. After that he showed me papers that I would have to sign I'm just finding out their maybe papers he put together and printed out. I gave him 1300 cash and he says okay give me 200$ Friday and I will give you your titles and registration okay everything sounds good. So while reading the papers I see he put the 1300 as a down payment and I asked him hey what's this he tells me don't worry by law I have to put that so it can go through you don't have to pay that just the 1500 for the car FINAL! Friday comes I call him he says he's going to send a mechanic to check on the car make sure everything is ok so I'm thinking this guy is just being careful and making sure everything is fine with the car. That day he never came to get his 200$ so I called him I said can I at least get the registration for the car when I give you your money. He comes up with something new saying ohh you have to have full coverage on the insurance before I can give you the titles or anything I told him this is too much can I get my money back he tells me the titles is already in my name so I'm saying he went in put titles in my name without me or my permission. I went to the tag place they ran the vin number and told me he just had put those titles in someone else name on Aug.6,2012 which was a few days before I bought the car. Now he transfers them in my name. The mechanic calls and says hey I'm outside I went outside to speak with him he says hey I'm going to be real with you he sent me to put this tracking device in the car but I'm not going to do it I said why do he want to do that the mechanic says I don't know I didn't even know he was still doing this stuff that's why I quit working with him I told the mechanic no one is doing anything to the car until I get my money back

Hello Mrs Christian, my name is Bruce Seltzer ESQ and you have created harrasment issues for my client by posting his driver license online. Please be advised a suit was filed today Jan 18, 2013 which you should be served with shortly.
Regarding your issue with Garo Auto Sales, you are over the age of 18 and mentally competent to enter into a legal binding contract. You were aware of financing fees, dealer fees and any other cost associated with ownership of the car. You are required by the contract to maintain full coverage insurance on the vehicle while you owe money on the car. The dealer must transfer the title within 30 days which was done once you took possession of the car. Garo Auto Sales is a licensed and bonded dealership in the state of florida of which the record is available online. Your car was eventually repossed for non payment and no proof of insurance.
You are responsible for any harassment caused by your slanderous post and we look forward to solving this in court thankyou.
My address is 110 Southeast 6th Street #15
Fort Lauderdale and you may call me at 954 406 9306. I have been retained by Mr. Sari
