I am the owner of an organic skincare company in Canada called "Juliet's Room" (from Romeo and Juliet). Unfortunately some customers are confusing my company with another with a similar name and sending me their complaints about not getting refunds or having negative reactions to the products. So far I've been able to smooth things over, but I wanted to let people know that there are two companies and not to get confused. I certainly hope that we can always offer great customer service to our customers.
