Gary and Trina Knight Joseph Gary Knight They borrowed $50K from me. They claimed somone stole it out of their tuck, Would not pay it back. Phoenix Arizona
I was first a customer of theirs, that went ok then they asked to borrow $50k. I lent them $50k. On the check I gave them, in the memo section I wrote $50k loan 1 year in the memo section. One year later I asked for the money back. He claimed it was stolen out of his truck . He said we where partner and he didn't need to pay me back. I said what partnership the check i gave you a loan for one year.
Well the wind up was i took him to court had the canceled check, had bank statements, and tax statement where we could have proved his deciet. Well I lost the case because I had a lawyer who gave a 30 second opening statement. He only asked Gary Knight 3 questions and Trina 3 question. He had no closing statement. I wanted to say something during the trial . But I didn't, I kept waiting for the Perry Mason moment. I didn't get it. My lawyer told me ,as we where walking out he won't represent me anymore. He didn't make enough off of me.
A few year before Gary had a Printing business where he took a guy for $142k. It took a few years and their was some sort of settlement. Gary and Trina live in the same house. About a year ago they signed over their house to his parents. I got that from public records. I wonder why? They still live their. If anybody want his home address or wants to contact me , Its ok with me.
