Gary Hipsky G&R Performance Marine Thief of Services rip off Oak Ridge Tennessee
Mr. Gary Hipsky came to my door three years ago to ask to restore a 37 chevy car for me.
He wrote down all the work to be done gave me a price came and got the car to be finished in 6 months which I gave him a year.
After 3 years he kept wanting money and we gave him eleven thousand dollars of the fourteen he priced.
He took the car apart and called for us to come and get it he even sold some of our parts. We took him to civil court he didn't even show up at court dates. I won my judgement but it seems he has no property or assets although he operates his business every day.
Please Be Beware he is a Crook with a capital C. We don't know what to do at this point. It has caused major health problems to me.

I seen your car in his shop several times he completely took it apart had a couple of inexperienced minimum wage kids do very little to it because they had no idea what they were doing probably trying to make it look like it was getting done so he could swindle more money from you. It's unbelievable that crooks like this are allowed to have businesses in Tennessee the worst state in the US for consumer protection and individual property rights. He presently owns or co-owns a house in Lenoir City and may still be working at a Boat Business in West Knoxville. Contact me if you would like more information and his address. He also stold my car a 1940 2 Door Plymouth Business Coupe I am going to file a seperate report. I know he filed a false break in report while he still had G&R performance Marine so he could ripoff the insurance company by getting them to pay for non existant damage and reimburse for tools he claimed were stolen. I would bet he has a long history of similar scams and thefts in Florida where he lived before moving to Tennessee if anyone has additional information about this scumbag please reply.
