I appreciate your response about my house in Mackay QLD and Kevin will contact you soon with the exact address as he will drive down with you to view the project site. I will be happy to speak with you on phone at your convenience, Actually my wife and kids are presently in 47 Billington Road. Leighton Buzzard, Bedfordshire, LU7 9HH United Kingdom in a temporal apartment while I'm on offshore drill (Oil Rig) with my team in Iraq.
My family should be moving in to the house by end of the year (Dec 2010) and all interiors are expected to be concluded before my family's arrival.
Kevin is my good friend and a real estate agent.. He presently has the key to the house and will hand over the key to you for inspection to enable you have a clear picture of the project before commencing and to enable you get back to me with accurate estimate/detail of what to do.
If you are willing to give me a rough estimate of all it will cost to have a three bed room,three bath room, two living room,one kitchen and two dinning bungalow ready with in the budget of $190,000 - $220,000 all home appliances inclusive.
Do your company have credit card charging facilities? Knowing the fact that i am on offshore job right now, any deposit payments or money from me will have to be done via my credit card and i hope this won't pose a problem to your firm.
I have given some samples of artworks that i need to Kevin and he has been in touch with the artist. He will be in contact with you soon for arrangements to visit the project site as soon as he is back from his trip. kindly confirm your mobile phone number as he would have to call you and fix a date as soon as he comes back.
