GAS-SOUTH I was on a pay as you go program for almost a year and I my normal bill ranges from $57-$89, but in December I received a enormous bill for $239 due by December 23, 2014. this price include a estimate I spoke with a rep there and was told if the bill is not paid that it would be disconnected. i find this to be foul, to try and get additional money around the holidays but this HOW THEY TREAT THERE CUSTOMERS AROUND THE HOLIDAYS TO TRY AND GET OVER..I WILL NEVER USE THIS COMPANY EVER!!! I have been a customer for about a year with this company and my bills ranges from $57-$89 monthly but suddenly it came in at $239 and I was told that if I did not pay it that my sercvice would be disconnected mind you I was not late I was given a estimate for a new month that I will not have any use for because I went with another gas provider I don't know what they are looking for as far as credit my credit is not A1 but it is decent I went with Ga natural who ran my credit and gave me a fixed rate. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO ANYONE EVER..i FEEL THAT THEY ARE A RIPOFF

Poor baby!!! Sorry to say this but its NOT the gas company who is doing this to YOU. Its each and every customer out there and THIER demands for fuel. DO you even understand HOW supply and demand work?? There is a greater demand during the cold season. Since there is only a LIMITED SUPPLY, the cost goes up. THAT is what YOUR problem is. YOU are being charged what THEY are being charged and nothing more. This is NOT some dastardly plan to steal your Christmas. Its how much YOU used YOUR appliances during the winter. I would suggest to you that YOU go and pick up a forced air heater. It runs on electricity which is easier for them to make then GAS!!! Which means it will be cheaper for YOU. YOU need to look at yourself because YOU used the gas!!! YOU are paying the fair market value of what THEY paid to purchase the gas from their distributor. THEY don't make the gas, they just supply it. That supply costs MORE during the winter. Move on and get over it because THERE IS NOTHING YOU CAN DO!!!!! YOU signed an agreement that states that as a customer YOU may be charged MORE when the gas costs MORE!! Did you even READ?!?!?!
