Where to start? Good question.

It all startes a year after I purchased my Gateway 2000. The first thing that happened was my floppy drive went before my pc was a year old. Then the hard drive went right after that. Since then everything was going bad on it. I have had 4 hard drives put it in. The motherboard, the modem, the sound card, video card.

Then about April of 2001 I was guarenteed a new system by a manger who had approved the go ahead to send me a new tower. Never got it.

My PC spent more time down than up and running.It is basically a Lemmon. Crap. I have had 19 problems since 2000. I had a 3 year warranty on my pc. Before the warranty was up that's when I was promised a new system.

Even the Tech support who work for Gateway even said that does not sound right. They told me each time I had to have the hard drive replaced that each one was malfunctioned. What a scam. I have had it with my Gateway.

I paid a pretty penny for a pc for my 16 year old disabled child. To learn new things. I don't know what to do.

I even argued with Client relations who handle compliants. They lied to me saying I would never get a new system. That the manmager who approved it was not allowed to do so. For what's it worth
