I am not an employee of GC Services nor have I ever been, in fact, I have had to deal with GC Services recently as a consumer. Since at least November of 2005, GC Services indicates that "This call may be monitored or recorded for quality assurance". This is your warning. They are NOT required to tell you in person again. Alternatively, they may use a recording device that produces a rather loud, reptitive beep during the duration of your call. It is accepted both on the federal and state (california) level as means of indicating a call is being recorded without stating the fact.
