GDR Property Management Rude and kept half of our security deposit for ridiculous reasons albuquerque, New Mexico

We rented a property from GDR for a little over a year. Our security deposit was $1100 and they ended up taking half of it. (We even paid to have the carpets professionally cleaned when we left!). They stated crazy descrepencies such as "uneven distribution of gravel" and that the top of the fridge was dirty..from dust..really? While dealing with them over these issues and trying to get our money back we were dealing with Sara Rich. She was extremely rude and took very long to respond to any emails or phone calls (about 3-4 weeks...at least). She treated us as though we were scum and left the rental in a disgusting state. About three months after we initially moved in our AC unit broke and it took them two weeks to get anyone out to fix it. This happened in July. Needless to say we will never be wasting our money on this company ever again and I would absolutely recommend against using them to anyone who is interested.
