GE Capital Cons Cardco ripoff mistreated Louisville Kentucky
GE Capital Cons Cardco. CON is right I think they are coning millions of consumer dollars in ill-legitimate late fees.
I have no respect for most credit card companies, especially this one. They lie, manipulate, and mistreat its interest paying customers. I spoke with the customer service agent of the above company about a late fee that should not have been put on in the first place. They took last months off (to my records it should not have been late) but when I confronted them about this months they got extremely verbal with me. I asked to speak with her supervisor but was not allowed. At this point I told the Agent that I am a paying customer and have the right to speak. At that point she told me that if I did not lower my voice she would hang up on me. IS THIS HOW YOU TREAT CUSTOMERS?
GE puts out several cards including Care Credit. DO Not Get their cards. You will end up paying illegitimate Late fees-Even if you put the bill in the mail 3 weeks before the due date.
I think they are put a scam on us customers. Revolt. Don't use Care Credit or GE Capital Cons Cardco.
