However - GEMB has a habit of not properly posting payments which violates the Fair Credit Billing Act. If you sent the Oct payment and they mis-applied to Sept they are required to fix it - they won't of course - no matter what they tell you on the phone. Be prepared for this battle to go on and on. When it does File formal complaints with the Federal Trade Commission and Office of Thrift Supervision.
