I was very persistant in getting this problem fixed quickly. Because GE Money Bank is the parent company of Care Credit, I went on GE's website to try and contact someone else. In their question/comment form, I again told my story and within a couple of hours, I had received a response. I was told to write to GE's****..

FILE COMPLAINTS WITH THE FEDERAL TRADE COMMISSION AND OFFICE OF THRIFT SUPERVISION. FTC compiles complaint data and OTS works on your behalf to resolve the problems GEMB refuses to address. GEMB is probably NOT INVESTIGATING AT ALL. They ignore valid customer complaints hoping you will just go away. I have seen hundreds of this same complaint worldwide in regards to the Care Credit accounts while researching my own different issues with GEMB. My issues were resolved by the Office of Thrift Supervision, when GEMB would not even talk with me about it. Just search on GEMB Complaints Care Credit Complaints, GE Money Bank complaints. You will find the care credit is the biggest scam -because they all start with 0 interest - by withholding payments to "make them late" allows them to charge accrued interest and late fees. And they usually do this with the LAST PAYMENT! because most use the full 12 month 0 % interest period to pay it off.
