gearforcamping.com - Gear For Camping i ordered a sleeping bag for my son on dec.12,2009. the money was out of my account a day and a half later. it has never arrived. they do not answer emails or have a phone listed on their site. Internet
On december 12,2009 I ordered a zero degree sleeping bag for my son. Today, January 1,2010 I still have not received the sleeping bag. I have emailed the site, which promises 24-72 hr. reply (NOT TRUE), there is no phone number on the page but I did get a phone number from my bank (800-925-7217) and it is located in Pensacola, Florida.Of course, no one ever answers the phone. They have a recording that states that they are currently closed and are open mon-thur from 8 to 4 or something like that. However, that IS when I called (MANY TIMES AND MANY DAYS). I like shopping online but crappy little rip-off companies like this really piss me off. It is really too bad that there isnt something that can be done about them. Like close them down and put their stupid cheating asses in jail where they belong. Gear for camping is a LOSER company. Period.
