I've made many attempted to contact the company for my status and all I get is voice mailbox. I left them 3 voicemail with my contact number, but no one ever contact me back. Then I left them 3 email and get a reply back a week later, saying their payment system is down, and it will be process once is up. The email seems like a copy and paste, because I get of the same for all email. Till today 09/07/09 I still have not heard back from them. We live in a world where communication is immediate; waiting time is by the end user and review time. There are no excuses. I send in a cancellation and will have to wait to see what they're saying. I did little research online, and there are a lot of people having exact similar issue that I have. I think this is a one person company. Just a lie about other customer representative is on the line with other customer, and that you have to leave a message. Truely there are no one and that you have to leave a message any way, cause you don't really have the option to stay on hold. It will take you straight to the voice box. Let see what they are going to say about my cancel request. I expect this is not going to be a smooth transaction. I will update more, and will try to make contact with other customer, to join in for further investigation on this company.
