We would like to apologize to the customer above who made this complaint on our company. We could only hope to be the perfect business that does everything to the customers expectations, however, it is impossible to make everyone happy all of the time. It's unfortunate that "Susan" could not cancel her order 15 minutes after she placed it, however, this order was cancelled and the item was never shipped to her and her credit card was credited for the full amount. Gear For Camping did everything that they were supposed to do for her, but it seems as though she would not have been happy no matter what. We hope that this does not affect anyone else's decision to shop with us. Jamie Gear For Camping
