Avoid this company. BBB dropped this company due to the number of complaints. Has/had a BBB rating of D-. I should have read the reviews prior to my order, but got in a hurry. Big mistake!



Made my orginal order last Aug 09. For an entire month I've heard nothing but "the shipping container is due tomorrow". They even told me once that part of my order came in... Oops it's still on the container due tomorrow.



Well thanks to American Express I'm getting my money back.



My suggestion would be avoid the website online order and call them to make sure the item is in stock before ordering. Something tells me they don't even have a warehouse, but I'm not ordering from them again to find out.



I may use theur website for price challenges, but nothing else!

We apologize as the item you have ordered is currently on backorder, however our supplier is telling us they are expecting them any day. Please let us know how you would like us to proceed. We can cancel your order or ship it just as soon as it is received. Thank you and sorry for any inconvenience.

Them>Hello. This order is due to ship Monday. The container is due in any day. Thank you for your business and great patience. God Bless.



 



Me>It's been three weeks since I've ordered and basically no change in status.



 



Please cancel my order and refund my credit card.



 



Them>Hello. The container just came in on the bags. Can we ship your order? Thank you for your business and great patience. God Bless.





 



Me>If the entire order ships today with confirmation from UPS or FEDEX, than yes send the order. If you still cannot send today, than cancel the order.



 



Our vacation is coming up and I don't want to wait any longer. I need guaranteed shipment.



 





Them>We should have tracking shortly. Thank you.





 



 



Me>Enough games. Cancel the order. I've already purchased elsewhere.



 



You have had almost a month to get this order together and I getting the same excuses described within the BBB complaints.



 



Any further delay with my refund and I will file my complaint.
