DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY
I ordered a sleeping bag around June 14, 2009. Checking my debit card on line, noticed that there were 2 pending charges for the same amounts. E-mailed them and they said that only had record of one charge. Checked the next day, and sure enough only one charge. I should have had my guard up right then and there.
After following up a week or so later, I was told that the item was on back order. I waited several weeks and followed up again. Still not in. After several more weeks, I followed up again. Was told it was on its way from overseas, arriving soon. Well, after the 20th e-mail, on September 16th, 2009 I asked that my credit card be issued a credit. They stated that due to the lenght of time since the order, they'd have to issue a check, and that could take 30 days. However, due to my situation and "patience" they'd see if they could expidite the refund.
I have decided to pursue this matter legally and am reporting this company to the Better Business Bureau as well as Florida's Attorney General.
