I was in a parked car and another driver (insured by Geico) hit my car. We exchanged information. He tried to convince me that even though he hit my car, the damage was from a previous time.

I was sitting in my car watching him scrape and dent my car as he tried to park adjacent to me. As it turns out, he lied to Geico and said there was no impact whatsoever.

I brought it to a supervisory level. In the end, they stood behind their customer. I was in a parked car. Their customer hit me. I have pictures. It's ludicrous that they are accepting their customer's lies.

In any loss, there are always two versions of an accident. The carrier is contract bound to indemnify their insured.

So a dispute of your issue whould be taken to court or some sort of arbitration.
