It has made promises to employees, customer and shareholders relative to various items (inclusive, but not limited to: product readiness, customer value and company value creation, and the ability to make payroll for key employees in 2011. This coupled with the promise of continued funding and setting false expectation for all parties borders on criminal. Avoid doing business with this company unless you have asked for detailed financial information along with a roster of current employees and customer references regarding ability to deliver and overall satisfaction.
