Norman Bailey; case worker I from General Genetics Corporation refused to process the DNA test after it was paid in full. Mr. Norman Bailey claimed he worked with his supervisors. After GGC received the full payment; the test kit never was mailed to purchaser. Then after an extended time they mailed another test kit. Finally after some delay, the child was able to be tested because for the second time she was in the presence of the presumptive father. The test results were sent in. GGC refused to do the analysis and wanted more money even though the test and analysis was a fixed fee. Be very careful with this company, what they say online is their cost may increase. In addition, after they were advised that the child is no longer in the State and it would be very expensive to get another DNA sample, they simply responding by not doing the work that they were paid in advance to do. The communications regarding what was ordered were sent to General Genetics Corporation proving that two test kits were not ordered, but that one test kit was and one analysis for the fixed price that they described online. Now the GGC refuses to respond to the central issue and has never provided the DNA results. My recommendation is to entirely avoid GGC--go somewhere else.

I am wondering how did you feel about the dna results. I understand you had issues but did you feel comfortable that the DNA results were accurate?
