Geneva Roth Ventures is now collecting on customer's debit card information associated with the checking account information the customer submitted on their application. This makes it easier to withdrawal funds from their without any hassle. The lenders will ask you to give them your 16 digit #, Exp date and 3 digit security code on the back of the card. Do not agree to this feature.This feature is not in the agreement contract as of yet and they are trying to revise the agreement as we speak, to cover their butts. Which I am sure this is illegal. Marcella Wilson is the Lending Operations Manager and she is constantly trying to find ways to make the owner richer, by adding these shady features. She has a say in anything that is appears to be looked at as illegal in the lending department. Marcella Wilson is a very messy, unprofessional manager and will one day add more fire to the flame with bringing this company down.

I FORWARD MY COMPLAINT TO A CLASS ACTION SUIT LAWYER, AND DIRECTED THEM TO RIPOFFREPORT.COM TO SEE ALL THE COMPLAINTS ABOUT GENEVA ROTH. THIS COMPANY SHOULD BE HELD ACCOUNTABLE FOR THEIR ACCTIONS. I COMPLETELY INTEND TO GO ALL THE WAY WITH CRIMINAL CHARGES. WE ALL SHOULD NOT JUST SIT BACK AND BE VICTIMS. THE LAW FIRM HAD THIS TO SAY. We suggest that you contact the United States Secret Service Credit Card / Banking Fraud division. The professionals working there are superb at what they do, and they (together with the United States Department Of Justice) exist to halt the sort of widespread criminality which you and others have described. Geneva Roth Ventures are now getting the customer's debit card information associated with the checking account information the customer submitted on their application. This makes it easier to withdrawal funds without the customer initiating the transaction. The lenders will ask you to give them your 16 digit debit card #, Exp date and 3 digit security code on the back of the card. Do not agree to this feature.This feature does not appear to be in the agreement contract, but I am sure they will probably change that very soon to cover their butts. Marcella Wilson is the manager over the lending department. Contact her If you have any questions or complaints about the lending department, even though she appears to be a very messy, rude, unprofessional accuse for a manager.
