I paid Genie $115.00 over 5 months ago to help me out with a spell. She promised 100% satisfaction or a full refund with no questions asked per her website. At first, she was all nice and gave daily updates. Until I started asking why nothing was working that I paid for. Then she wanted more money from me which I was honest and told her I could not afford. Every time I asked for a refund; I was told to be patient and to respect her and not treat her like crap, how she was doig me a favor and I should be thankful. I have repeatedly asked for a refund because nothing she claimed would happen or work came to fruition which she tried to blame on me and basically refused to give me my money back because of all the time and effort she has put into working on my case. She is a fraud and will turn everything around on you. Do not waste your time or money and do not believe that she will give you your money back because she won't.
