Genie Zip Bra Sent me 2 genie zip bras both the wrong size. When I asked for a refund they would not refund the entire amount. They would not refund the $13.98 "shipping" fee. Wallingford CT
I ordered a Genie Zip bras that were advertised 2 for $10. They charged $13.98 "shipping and handling". First they sent me the wrong size - small when I ordered X-L, which I returned. The exchanged bra was the wrong size; the X-L was not an X-L and again it was too small. When I requested a refund I was told that they would not refund the "shipping and handling" charge of $13.98, but only refund me $10.00. When I returned the first bra. it cost me $3.00 in postage to return. This is a scam. They profit off the $13.98. Obviously they know they are sending the wrong size so they can profit off the $13.98 and get the bras back as well.
