Gentech LLC helped me a lot SpringField Illinois
oh k, so let just start from the begining, Walmart gave me there number to call because I went to buy Norton from the store. I called them and they helped assist me to install the norton. They tried to sell me tech support for one year for $49.99 and I agreed. Later while searching on the internet , I saw fraud alert for gentech llc , so I quickly called them and tried to ask what's going on. Laterly I come to know that someone using there name and showing there company name to scam customers, there website is different , there toll free number is different. Even when I verified about gentech llc with BBB, so didn"t found any bad report about them. So just wanted to share my experience.
