Chaconas seems like a good guy. My sister didn't start seeing him until 3 weeks ago. He misdiagnosed her according to two other doctors and messed up her medications. We would have never heard of him had someone not recommeneded a "doctor bourhill" from this same doctors office.
People around Wirtz and in Rocky Mount have said he sometimes will have a misdiagnosis. I strongly suggest having other doctors double-check his work if you have already been.
In my opinion he can't be trusted for diagnosis of serious issues. We still have not seen "Doctor Bourhill" and this review is not regarding him.

You can file a complaint with the hospital where Chaconas has privlidges. However I believe you are right about this guy If you have seen him get checked again!
